Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how schumthy ("we") handles information in Video Publisher Tool (the "Tool"), an internal tool used only by schumthy to upload videos to YouTube channels that schumthy owns and operates.
Use of YouTube API Services
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, users are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Information we access
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens issued by Google when the owner of a channel authorizes the Tool.
- Basic information about the authorized YouTube channel (channel ID and channel title), used to confirm the upload destination.
- Information returned by the YouTube Data API about videos that the Tool uploads (for example, the video ID and upload status).
The Tool does not access, collect or store any information about other YouTube users or viewers, and it does not access the Google account's email address, contacts or any other Google data.
How we use, store and share information
- Tokens are used only to upload videos to the authorized channel and to read the channel information described above.
- Tokens are stored encrypted in a secret store on Google Cloud and are accessible only to schumthy's own systems.
- Videos produced by schumthy are stored temporarily on schumthy's cloud storage before upload.
- We do not sell, rent or share this information with any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and device data
The Tool runs on schumthy's servers. It does not place cookies or store or access information on users' devices. This website does not use cookies or analytics.
Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept while the channel is operated with the Tool and are deleted when the channel stops using it or when the authorization is revoked. Authorization can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page.

本ポリシーは、schumthy(以下「当方」)が、当方の所有・運営する YouTubeチャンネルへ動画をアップロードするために当方だけが使う社内ツール Video Publisher Tool(以下「本ツール」)における情報の取り扱いを定める ものです。
YouTube API Servicesの利用
本ツールはYouTube API Servicesを使用します。本ツールの利用者には Googleプライバシーポリシー も適用されます。
取得する情報
- チャンネルの所有者が本ツールを認可したときにGoogleが発行する OAuthのアクセストークンとリフレッシュトークン
- 認可されたYouTubeチャンネルの基本情報(チャンネルIDとチャンネル名)。 アップロード先の確認に使います
- 本ツールがアップロードした動画についてYouTube Data APIが返す情報 (動画IDやアップロードの状態など)
他のYouTubeユーザーや視聴者の情報、Googleアカウントのメールアドレス・ 連絡先その他のGoogleのデータには、アクセス・取得・保存しません。
利用・保存・共有
- トークンは、認可されたチャンネルへの動画のアップロードと、上記の チャンネル情報の読み取りにだけ使います
- トークンはGoogle Cloud上の秘密情報の保管庫に暗号化して保存し、 当方のシステムからのみアクセスできます
- 当方が制作した動画は、アップロードまでの間、当方のクラウド ストレージに一時的に保存します
- これらの情報を第三者へ販売・貸与・共有せず、広告にも使いません
Cookieと端末の情報
本ツールは当方のサーバー上で動作し、利用者の端末にCookieを置いたり、 端末の情報を保存・取得したりしません。本サイトもCookieやアクセス解析を 使用していません。
保存期間と削除
トークンは、チャンネルを本ツールで運営している間だけ保持し、利用を やめたとき、または認可が取り消されたときに削除します。認可は Googleの セキュリティ設定のページからいつでも取り消せます。
変更
本ポリシーを変更するときは、このページを更新します。
